[Lazarus] What changed in Lazarus or FPC.CFG. Error or misconfiguration !?!

There was a bug with special characters in the paths. It was fixed
yesterday.
Please update svn, compile, restart and click on IDE menu /
Environment / Rescan FPC source directory.
