[Lazarus] Strange Access Violation

Hi All,

If Snapshots are available this means the compiler had no problems, 
nothing more, nothing less. ok.

I read this also as: If snapshots are NOT available the compiler refused 
them, right?

In that case Win32/64 setups both with FPC 2.4.0 and 2.4.3 do not 
compile since juli 27th, as far as I can see on the snapshot download pages.

Maybe someone in charge can please take a look?
