[Lazarus] Strange Access Violation

Hi Anthony, thanks for the assistance.

In my distant memory I thought I could remember having a very similar
issue before, so I googled using my name as one the search parameters
and sure enough I turned this thread up:

Then I remembered that it had to do with passing the TStringList as an argument.

I solved it a couple of years ago by passing the argument as a string
and then processing the string within the function.

Anyway, it works.
