Very true, but I think that Antônio was thinking of the general case 
where the owner of a software project has the undisputed right to 
specify what sort of license(s) he is going to release it under. In some 
cases he says that he wants a picture postcard from each user, and if 
that's what he says then it's /not/ negotiable.

Anyway, I was responsible for starting this thread and I'd suggest that 
any further general discussion of owners rights and various licensing 
conditions would be much better off in e.g. the lazarus-other list. For
