[Lazarus] TCustomForm.ShowModal impossible

I have more information about the problem:

I eliminated a TListBox component of my program and the error
"TCustomForm.ShowModal impossible" disappeared.

I tried to put the component again, but I get the following error:
TControlSelection.AssignPersistent Form7:TForm7
AddComponent TListBox Parent=Form7:TForm7 137,332,0,0
Parent is 'Form7:TForm7'
Access violation
  Stack trace:

...

And a window that says:
"Error moving component ListBox1:TListBox"
