Yes, but the big difference is that Ubuntu is in fact a commercial
company. So they can offer the support on their main product-page.

Lazarus and Free Pascal are really driven by volunteers, and so those
who offer support (Like on the LazarusSupport website) have their own
website. It would not be fair to place links to LazarusSupport as if it
was also from the main teams.

Otoh: you will see google-advertisements for the LazarusSupport website
soon.
