[Lazarus] Bugtracker question: difference btween LazTarget and Target?

LazTarget was created before Mantis had a Target Field itself and is
used much the same way in custom query. The built-in target field is
used for the Roadmap page in Mantis.

The built-in target field has one problem: it cannot be used with
multiple projects. So that is why to know all issues with target 1.0.0
in Lazarus and all its subprojects, I use the LazTarget Field. I was
not able to use the built-in target field.
