I just installed these debs from your link:
lazarus-src-0.9.31_0.9.31-0-20101231_all.deb
lazarus-doc-0.9.31_0.9.31-0-20101231_all.deb
lazarus-ide-gtk2-0.9.31_0.9.31-0-20101231_amd64.deb
lazarus-ide-0.9.31_0.9.31-0-20101231_amd64.deb


My program was compiled without problems and all looks OK.
