There are American laws regarding a lot of product types such as encryption,
data maining, data manipulation etc.. that some countries are not allowed to
have.
SourceForge can not guarantee what source codes exists and how view them, so
they must by the American law to block all access.

I think it's stupid because it hurts only normal people and not the
government of a specific country, but America is a very narrow minded place
in the way they do things imho.
