I'm sorry for not responding for quite some time. 
I'd suggest adding it to

http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Components_and_Code_examples#File_formats

that is where I added CsvDocument to. This way, everybody looking for
csv parsing solution can immediately see both ones. Then, we could
cross-link these articles via "See Also" section.
