[Lazarus] Unable to create file jcfsettings.cfg

[silvioprog]

Hi Marcelo,

It happened to my Lazarus also ((K)Ubuntu 9.10). My Lazarus is installed 
in '/usr/lib/lazarus'; I used:

# chmod 777 -R '/usr/lib/lazarus'

Been the solution. ;)
