[Lazarus] Mac OS X gdb: Segmentation Fault loading my project

There are some ttimes when something seems to have locked the executable and
it can't be created until the computer is restarted.
I have come across this issue a few times and it is happening again. I
upgraded to 9.28.3 beta and FPC 2.4.0 but the problem still exists.

Is there some more information on this issue?
