[Lazarus] Can't create executable

It is what I had in mind and it solved my problem, it was executing an
external process when I terminated it. Thanks.

But I think there is problem in the IDE that manifests also causes this
problem. I read a mail message about it sometime this week, but I can't
remember the exact thread.
