I just did some experiments with CodeHelpBoss.GetHTMLHint() and it
almost works, it does not crash and I could see hint windows containing
the fpdoc entries (with html tags) and sometimes (?) the comments.

I will now try to do it with
TIDEHelpManager(HelpBoss).GetHintForSourcePosition() and see whether
this also works.
