[Lazarus] Installing FPC/Lazarus on Windows using SVN, no binaries

Some people updates only Lazarus, others FPC and Lazarus... others
just install on Windows, without SVN. Because that, each one has a
solution  :)

I want update FPC and Lazarus using SVN. I will try do that following
the instructions... thanks.
