[Lazarus] Installing FPC/Lazarus on Windows using SVN, no binaries

Your setup is very similar to my linux setup. But what is the
difference between the 'svn' and 'source' directories listed above?
In my case I only have 'src' which is the checked out code from
SubVersion.
