[Lazarus] How do the core developers use mantis?

I'm a simple reporter but I don't like the notifications that mantis 
sends, with all the history of the bug report instead of just the last 
change (like bugzilla does).
OTOH I saw on another project that mantis can send a daily report of 
what changed in the bugtracker, e.g.:

maybe that simple report could be more useful to keep track of changes 
(or maybe not due to the relative size of the bugtracker).
