[Lazarus] Lazarus "online" Help

I almost always have problems setting up Lazarus help.

I suggest to include tooltips that explain and/or give examples on what 
should be put in the edit boxes. For example, what do autoregister and 
tag do?

I had tried as well to use chm help, but it seems to be broken for the 
time being.
