[Lazarus] Form refuses to display properly under Ubuntu x64

Thanks Mattias,

I just re-loaded Ubuntu this time it was livex64 10.04 daily build.
After I got setup I was able to checkout FPC and Lazarus and build
both.

I no longer see this issue.  Which means the problem was from Linux
either GTK or something else I do not know.  All I know is it's
working now under 10.04 and it did not work under my stale 9.10 with
all updates since the day it was released.  I guess it was time I had
done a fresh install on this laptop.  In any case if the issue pops up
again I'll pursue it, otherwise I've gotta get back to work.

WOW though Ubuntu 10.04 looks better than my Windows 7.
