I understood this too. I just thought it strange he leave 'shooting' for
all sides.

I ask (for PVT) for a person to do something, if it does not work, I ask
other people (Forum), do you understand me?

It is as if he were trying to buy something for two (or more) people.
And I do not usually charge for this type of the work (helps).
