No. People of the Brasil in general.

Here in Brazil people do not value the work of those who work with
computers and programming. They think it's all very simple and easy,
unfortunately this is so.

I spent hours downloading (900...1500 b/s) the Free Pascal 2.4.0 to help
the member to solve problem with arm-liux, and I receive an email of the
list where he offers $500 for those who solve. Just wasted my time. :/
