[Lazarus] TChart series editor problem

I took a look at the source and now I see what was missing ... The
Add, Remove, etc, methods are implemented only as a menu, and in Mac
OS X the menu is up, where I couldn't see it =D

I'll change that to a toolbar with normal buttons to make it more
consistently looking across platforms ...
