[Lazarus] crash opening "compiler options" in gtk2 (ubuntu 10.04)

Lazarus doesn't have it, but it is still possible with "Editor
Toolbar" (included with Lazarus) package. Editor toolbar allows you to
add most of the IDE menu items into the toolbar. With this simply add
Jump Back/Forward menu items to the editor toolbar.  See attached
image for how my IDE looks.
