[Lazarus] Lazarus make me create better apps

How do you get it to work?  What spell or incantation is necessary? :-)

I've tried to use it several times and all it does it put buttons on the status 
bar with a lightning icon that do nothing when pressed. Lazarus 0.9.29 rev 23574.
