[Lazarus] Suggestion: Remove GTK1 support from IDE and LCL.

Then a clear-cut decision should be made to remove GTK1 - instead of
giving the false illusion that it is one of two "stable" widgetsets.
This might present a good opportunity for the GTK2 code to be cleaned
up as well.
