The problem is nobody and nothing can force them to do things right, at
least let's minimize their negative impact as much as possible, we simply
can't choose our team members, someone else is doing it for us so we can do
stuff ourselves and work with people who want to help or allow outside
people with background in Java, C# and PHP come and make us look like
"religious" dinosaurs who can't understand progress, in a manager's eyes
technology is valued by trends and hype.
