The problem here is to decide what should be global and what should be per 
project. Because MSEide can be used for very different purposes (MSEgui 
development, Pascal PC programs, C-microcontroller programming...) most of 
the settings are project specific with project templates.
Maybe later there will be multiple global settings with project overrides. At 
the moment I find it too complicated.
