[Lazarus] Suggestion: Remove GTK1 support from IDE and LCL.

Another solution could be to make some sort of installable package from
the GTK1 support. I have to admit that I don't know if that is
technically possible.
A third option would be to have a special release of lazarus and fpc
that can be used for compiling using lcl-gtk1 that is downloadable and
installable seperately. This "GTK+ Edition" of lazarus/fpc could be used
to keep up care and necessary bug fixing for those programs in the
future.
Solution two and three would take more effort to be realized than only
marking gtk1 as deprecated but still usable (on ones own risk ;).
I am still using gtk1 and will continue to do so for some applications
that are running on older and thus slower hardware.
