[Lazarus] Suggestion: Remove GTK1 support from IDE and LCL.

I know somebody is currently working on the LCL-fpGUI widgetset. fpGUI
is completely written in Object Pascal - so no large library
dependencies are needed. But last time I checked, LCL-fpGUI was still
very experimental and Lazarus itself couldn't be compiled with
LCL-fpGUI yet.
