Mmm, no, not for me. If you need to mix Pascal and JS there's something
wrong in your design.

For ExtJs you can use Ext Designer, very similar to what GLADE does.
Then hook you server side logic by using JSON created on the fly by your
Delphi/Lazarus/FPC application.
