[Lazarus] virus note about 0.9.28.2 package?

On freepascal.ru forum, there are at least two messages, one mentioning this file and Kaspersky 
tool, another one mentioning FPC installer and Nod32 tool.

In general, once any antivirus detects some file, you can be sure that within a couple of weeks 
every other antivirus will start detecting that file, too.
