[Lazarus] CGI fpWeb Error

After I compiled a CGI app using fpWeb from fpc rev 15347 on Linux
x86-64 I got this error message on the browser:

The application encountered the following error:
      * Error: Could not determine HTTP module for request "cgi-bin"

Any hint?
