[Lazarus] Can't build IDE with Lazbuild

Hi all,

"lazbuild -b --build-ide=" throws this exception since r28046.

My system is Ubuntu 10.10 x64 with fpc 2.5.1 r16300. I always do a "make 
clean all" before running lazbuild.

Build Lazarus: allow define defines :)
