[Lazarus] Customizing IDE Toolbar

Hi. Is there a tutorial or wiki file, on customizing (adding new
toolbars or buttons) to the Lazarus IDE Toolbar.
Not the component toolbar, but the toolbars for saving a file, debugging, etc.
