[Lazarus] Does Lazarus support component templates?

I know the delphi feature you mention, I used it back in Delphi 7 too. I'm
not a Lazarus IDE deveolper, but I had a look through all the menus in
Lazarus IDE, and no it doesn't seem to have that feature.
