This seems to mean that just distributing the unmodified ExtJS code is 
no problem whatsoever. (Moreover JavaScript as an interpreted language 
is open source by design: you don't distribute but the source code.)

AFAIK, if you use ExtJS in a Lazarus CGI project, you don't modify the 
ExtJS code at all. So why does anybody assumes a licensing issue ?
