[Lazarus] Converting Pascal Client/Server application into Web Client?

  Finally in a short non-clouded moment my brain produced the name of 
the "standard"  fastcgi "reverser event" method: "Comet".

regarding ExtJS: this seems to be called "Ext.Direct" and should be 
available in ExtJS 3.0 see e.g. :
