[Lazarus] tooltip debugger shows incorrect data

Ah, now I see what you're problem is. You're trying to access
indexed-strings. I've spend quite some time fixing that. It works now if
you use Dwarf-3, fpc 2.5.1 and Fedora 13.
So if you really can't do without, just switch to Fedora and you're
done. ;)
