[Lazarus] Problem with Lazarus menu

WinXP SP3, fpc 2.2.4, lazarus 0.9.28.2 build 22279

I installed leakview about 1 year ago. Menu item 'Leak view' appears. I
uninstalled leakview about 1 year ago (don't remember why). Now I can't
install any component with menu item.
