[Lazarus] Main form resize events

Hi

What is the origin with packages shown in Install / UnInstall packages dialog.
It seems some of the package names are stored in packagefiles.xml, but not all.

If I have tested some crappy package and want to get rid of it completely, how 
to do it? There is no no UI for it.

And no, I am not asking how to uninstall a package but how to remove it 
completely from the list of available packages.
