I agree with Michael... those screenshots from Alexander has nothing to
do with general charting and graphs. I cannot see a use for such
functionality.

It is, and a copy of aggpas is even included with Lazarus for some time
now. There is apparently some 64-bit issue still remaining though (if I
remember correctly).
