[Lazarus] Does somebody know where to find the documentation for Powtils?

Powtils is a simple library for making pascal web apps, based on synapse. The source is available, as well as some examples, but I can't seem to find documentation. There are stale links on the internet (for example: http://z505.com/cgi-bin/powtils/docs/1.6/idx.cgi?file=index), but is there a correct link with documentation available?
