[Lazarus] The DrawText of LCLIntf is incomplete?

Hello,

I have needed to implement a text with ellipsis, I've used it Delphi
in a long time, and saw that even works in Lazarus, but only for
Windows.
The LCLIntf implements DrawText routine, but it will not recognize my
flags, such as DT_END_ELLIPSIS?
