[Lazarus] Fixes for lazarus-ccr/cmdline

The units in this package marked as binary files, so i cant make patches for
it, would you please change it back to text.

There is simple fix in lazarus-ccr/cmdline/ucmdbox.pas

Fix access read only property
line 1293
Inc(InputPos,UTF8Length(s));
change
Inc(FInputPos,UTF8Length(s));
