No. The script is simple:

C:\programming\fpc\bin\i386-win32\make.exe bigideclean bigide 
OPT="-Criot -gt -gh -gw -godwarfsets -dUseVistaDialogs"
if errorlevel 2 goto finish
del lazarus.win32.exe
ren lazarus.exe lazarus.win32.exe
:finish

Btw, try to update svn and build again. I found one typo which could 
cause an endless loop while unit loading.
