[Lazarus] TMainMenu is not displayed

Hello,

I've created an application that uses (for now) a single TMainMenu menu
item. On design time I can see it, but when executing the application, I
can not see the menu item.

missing something or is it a bug ?

I have attached two screen shots of the form. One at design time, and the
other on run time.

I'm using Lazarus 0.9.31 r34181M FPC 2.5.1 x86_64-linux-gtk 2
