[Lazarus] TodoList and AnchorDocking 0.6

no, it isn´t but it shoud be anchored on my window, as in this link:

PS.:Someone could add a option to remove those button´s label, it makes the
toolbar to much big and i wanna use it together with message window. i´ve
build lazarus on my notebook without labels but when i update my lazarus, i
must build it again...
