[Lazarus] Does Lazarus support a complete Unicode Component Library?

This is true with any Unicode discussion, as the hope that Unicode "fits 
all needs" , and the hope that the conversion of existing software to 
Unicode could be rather easy, and the hope that retraining programmers 
to do Unicode enabled software could be quite smooth, is in vain :-( :-(
