[Lazarus] Test the Lazarus fixes_0_9_30 branch

Hi,

Found two problems in the first minute of testing.


* Just checked out the 'fixes_0.9.30' and did a 'make lcl bigide'. Lazarus
reports it's version still as 0.9.29 instead of 0.9.30

* Mantis doesn't have a "Product Version" of 0.9.30 to choose from. So how
are we supposed to report 0.9.30 bugs?
