[Lazarus] Revision 28960 Compilation Error

I saw this earlier today, but I've preferred to switch to the 9.30 branch.
BTW: how do I setup a "3rd party" component (like Zeos) to make it get
compiled with "make clean all" at command line? I would love to do only 1)
"svn update" and 2) "make clean all" everyday.
